Our quickest long-let to short-let turnaround!
On 31 May we had three apartments that within the same 36 hour period needed to be turned over from long-let tenants to welcoming the season’s first short-lets guests, the heat was on. It was all hands on deck!
Check-out
The long-let check-out itself can be a lengthy process and prior to the tenants leaving we carried out a maintenance assessment, to ensure that any works will be well attended to, and minimise any last minute surprises. A final inventory check at the point of departure was also undertaken.
Works
The works varied from minor maintenance, whitewashing, pest control, and deep cleaning. It was a race against the clock.
Coordination
Coordination is key as these operations involve bringing together a number of service providers. However thankfully with experience under our belts and a number of strong relationships now in place, we pulled it off.
Casa Rooms’ Team
I am proud at how our team came together, rolled up their sleeves and literally got down to work to get this all sorted in time to welcome our new guests with a huge smile.
